About Us – Meet Mina & Max from QuickFusionRecipes – Update 01/09/2024
Welcome to QuickFusionRecipes – where home-cooked meals meet a fusion of cultures, love, and flavor.
This isn’t just a recipe blog – it’s a kitchen story, built around two people and one shared passion: food that brings people together.
The Story Behind the Kitchen
Mina & Max met in the U.S., brought together by a love of bold flavors and cozy home dinners. Mina, raised on Mediterranean herbs and North African spice, always cooked with her senses first — hands in the dough, taste buds leading the way. Max, with his roots in Midwest comfort food and weekend BBQs, grew up around cast-iron skillets and homemade pie.
Their story started with a casual potluck in a small-town backyard. Mina brought stuffed peppers with couscous and mint yogurt. Max served up maple-glazed grilled chicken. One bite led to another, and soon after, they were spending Sundays cooking together, experimenting, laughing, and learning from each other’s traditions.
